About the event
Some of the techniques that will be
covered include:
- [ ] Pick-ups from various angles and speeds
- [ ] High Catching and Punching
- [ ] Tipping, dropping, diving, charging, throwing, footwork, reactions, punting, goal kicks, all done through progressive exercises and fun games.
Daily Schedule:
- [ ] Basic Techniques: Drills and games that focus on proper ball handling and technique.
- [ ] Positioning: Drills and games that help goalkeepers get into the correct positions to save, receive, and distribute the ball.
- [ ] Distribution: Drills and Games divided into two parts: Throwing and Kicking.
- [ ] Saving: Drills and games that teach the different saving techniques.
- [ ] Game Play: Games where the goalkeeper can put all the various building blocks of our pyramid together.
